GP FOR REVENUE 2 The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 to 7 for not taking the action on the complaint dated 24-09-2024 and representations dated 25-09-2024 as illegal, arbitrary and violation of Article 14, 19, 21 and of the Constitution of India and against the principles of natural justice.” 2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, based on the representation dated 24.09.2024 given by the Petitioner, the Police enquired into the matter and found that the subject matter is pending before the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Punganur vide O.S.No.323 of 2008. It is further submitted that the matter is purely related to civil issues and as such, the Respondent – Police has not registered the case based on the complaint of the Petitioner. 3. Dr.G.V.Ravi, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
