The learned counsel for the respondent no. 7/Bank has submitted that the Bank authority has received an order from the respondent no. 4 to release the attachment of the relevant bank account of respondent no. 5. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the concerned Bank authority may be directed to release his amount of gratuity, which is involved in this case. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the instant writ application has been disposed of with a direction upon the concerned Bank authority to release the gratuity amount in favour of the petitioner in accordance with law. 2 WPA 15060 of 2025 stand disposed of accordingly. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank will submit a copy of the release order in course of the day. (Apurba Sinha Ray, J.)
