JUSTICE SANJAY DHAR, JUDGE ORDER (25.04.2025) Learned counsel for the petitioner after arguing for some time submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied if a direction is issued to learned Principal Judge (Family Court), Jammu to withdraw the warrant of recovery against the petitioner subject to appropriate conditions. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and having regard to the limited nature of controversy involved in this petition, the same can be disposed of at threshold itself by extending appropriate directions. Accordingly, subject to the petitioner depositing 50% of the amount due on account of arrears of enhanced maintenance, learned Principal Judge (Family Court), Jammu shall recall the warrants of recovery issued against the petitioner and thereafter, shall afford an opportunity to the petitioner before passing further orders in accordance with law The present petition is disposed of as above.
