ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 5TH respondent in interfering in the civil matters in between the petitioner and 6TH respondent and coercing the petitioner to enter in to compromise with the 6TH respondent as bad illegal arbitrary without jurisdiction unconstitutional abuse of power absurd and violative of Articles 14 AND 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 5TH respondent not to interfere into the civil matters of the petitioner”

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.
