No. 215/2021 on the file of the 05th respondent Tribunal that the petitioners already submitted the authentic document in support of the 1st petitioners marriage with the ex- employee and also death certificate of the 1st ife of the ex- employee vide Dt. 06.01.2025 and also along with the O.A. Sri Sridhar Tummalapudi, learned Central Government Counsel representing respondent Nos.1 to 4 would submit that the only remedy available to the Petitioners is before the Central Administrative Tribunal and not before this Court. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the opinion that this Writ Petition may be disposed of, giving liberty to the Petitioners to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, in accordance with the law. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a liberty to the Petitioners to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, if so aggrieved, in accordance with the law. No costs.
