ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents No 2 to 5 in providing Police aid to the persons and property in an extant of Ac 0 14 Cents in Sy No 76/6 and Ac 0 51 Cents in Sy No 76/7 in Gajjalavaripalli Village Ramasamudram Mandal Annamaiah District from the respondents No 6 to 12 in pursuance of the injunction Decree dated 25072016 made in O S No 133 of 2006 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Punganur Chittoor District as arbitrary illegal abdication of the statutory duty cast on them contrary to the well settled legal position apart from being voilative of the fundamental and Constitutional rights guaranteed to petitioners under Articles 14 19 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents No 2 to 5 to provide the Police aid to persons and properties in an extant of extant of Ac 0 14 Cents in Sy No 76/6 and Ac 0 51 Cents in Sy No 76/7 in Gajjalavaripalli Village Ramasamudram Mandal Annamaiah District from the respondents No 6 to 12 in pursuance of the injunction Decree dated 2507 2016 made in O S No 133 of 2006 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge at Punganur Chittoor District”
2. Heard Ms. S.Parineeta, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the husband of 1st petitioner filed a civil suit in O.S. No.133 of 2006 against the unofficial respondents, which was decreed in his favour, granting a permanent injunction. Thereafter, the unofficial respondents filed a first appeal, which was dismissed, thereby confirming the judgment of the trial Court. Learned counsel

would further submit that no second appeal has been preferred by the unofficial respondents, and therefore, the judgment of the trial Court has attained finality. It is also submitted that a representation dated 19.08.2025 was submitted to the police seeking protection, but no action has been taken in response to the said representation.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that they have not received any representation from the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made, and in light of the civil Court decree for permanent injunction granted in favour of the petitioners restraining the unofficial respondents from interfering with their possession and enjoyment of the property, the police are directed to look into the grievance of the petitioners and take appropriate action to protect the petitioners' property, so long as the injunction remains in force. At the same time, the petitioners are
directed to submit a fresh representation to the police submitting their grievance.
6. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
