Case No. 42 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code read with Section 66(B), 66 (C), 66(D) and 84 (C) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-Cum-Special Judge Cyber Crime, Deoghar. 3. On 29.03.2024, Cyber Police, Deoghar on the basis of confidential information that several cyber criminals have assembled at village Mohanpur, raided the place of occurrence and apprehended the petitioner along with other accused persons. On search, mobile phones and e-gadgets were recovered from their possession. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for one year. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-Cum-Special Judge Cyber Crime, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S.
