Basar, learned State counsel representing State respondent No.6. Considering the subject matter and also taking into consideration the written instruction placed on record by the learned CGC, the instant writ petition is taken up for disposal at the motion stage itself. Suffice it to mention that this matter was taken up for consideration on 3 (three) previous occasions when directions were given to the learned CGC to obtain the necessary instructions. The primary grievance raised in this writ petition is with regard to non-consideration of a representation which has been stated to be Page No.# 3/3 submitted on 18.03.2025. The said representation was with regard to the acquisition of 19 acres of land for the establishment of 340 Field Regiment at Gelemo under the Limeking Circle of the Uppper Subansiri District of the State. As mentioned above, directions were issued by this Court to the learned CGC to obtain instruction on the fate of the representation. Shri Loya, learned CGC, has placed on record, copy of the written instruction dated 09.02.2026 as per which the representation of the petitioner has been disposed of. The order of such disposal, however, has not been enclosed to the written instructions. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of by directing the respondents to communicate the order by which the representation was disposed of, so that, the petitioner, if aggrieved can make a fresh challenge.
