Heard the learned counsels for the parties.
Perused the case diary.
Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statements of eye-witnesses as also of the injured and the six injury reports contained in the case diary including the one which showed lacerated injury on head with brick that required 4 stitches to repair and the roles ascribed to the present petitioners, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
