2. It appears that the Appellant/Original Petitioner had approached the Debts Recovery Tribunal, but the proceedings were dismissed. We are not informed that the Petitioner had approached the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, which is the appropriate remedy in law. The contention of the Appellant that some amount is already deposited will have to be advanced before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, if at all the said appeal is filed within the period of limitation etc.
