For the reasons detailed out in the memo of the application for restoration and upon hearing learned counsel for the applicant; it is considered just and proper in the interest of justice to recall the orders dated 15.03.2024 and 20.04.2024. Consequently, the restoration application is hereby allowed subject to payment of total cost of Rs. 1,000/- to be deposited with Rajasthan High Court Bar Association, Jaipur within a period of two weeks. Orders dated 15.03.2024 and 20.04.2024 are hereby recalled. The misc. application will be restored to its original number upon deposition of the aforesaid cost. Registry to proceed accordingly.
