ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the illegal interference of the respondents at the instance of 8th respondent herein in respect of petitioners rented property vide Ground plus four floors built in an extent of 379 Square Yards, situated at Dr No. 9-1-80, Old Municipal 6th ward, Church compound area, TS No. 337, Perala, S.No. 322/A, Beside Suresh Mahal, Chirala Municipality, Bapatla District, despite civil court pending vide O.S.No. 62 of 2025 on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge at Chirala, as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct all the official respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that the Police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the parties. 3. Sri B.V.Pavan Kumar, learned counsel representing Sri P.Rama Sharana Sharma, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and the unofficial Respondent. However, it does not preclude the Police to proceed with the case, if any, registered either against the Petitioner or the unofficial Respondent.
