When this writ petition came up for admission, this Court passed an interim order directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to appear in the 3rd Semester Examination of B.Com Computer Application. 3. It is submitted by either side that the petitioner has attended the examination pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court. Ext.P2 application submitted by the 2025:KER:25674 W.P.(C) No.2114/2025 : 3 : petitioner for condonation of shortage of attendance is still pending. The appearance of the petitioner in the examination will be subject to the decision to be taken by the respondents in Ext.P2 application filed by the petitioner.
