Mr. Gautam, learned counsel for the applicant submits that vide order, dated 15.12.2025, while admitting the RSA No. 218/2025; this Court was pleased to grant stay of further proceeding of Title Execution No. 52/2025, till returnable date; and since, the respondent is represented by his counsel, the same may be extended till disposal of the appeal. Accordingly, taking note of the submission of the learned counsel for both the parties, the interim order, dated 15.12.2025, stands extended till disposal of the RSA No. 218/2025. In terms of the above, this interlocutory application stands disposed of.
