It was also brought to the notice of this Court that the impugned 3. proceedings were issued on 19.08.2024, and till today, no enquiry was conducted by the respondents. Therefore, without entering into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition 4. is disposed of by setting aside the impugned proceedings of suspension pending enquiry issued by the 3'"'^ respondent vide Rc.No.CS/460/2024, dated 19.08.2024, with a direction to the petitioner to submit explanation to the show cause notice dated 19.08.2024 within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Further, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on the explanation made by the petitioner by giving opportunity of hearing.
