GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “.... to issue a Writ, One in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Direction or Order declaring the action of the respondents in not taking any steps against the complaint dated 15.07.2024 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently, direct respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 15.07.2025 and take appropriate action in accordance with law and to pass ...” Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent State. Perused the material on record. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions dated 11.09.2025, would submit that basing on the complaint given by Petitioner on 15.07.2025, respondent Police called both parties for preliminary enquiry and it came to light that there are civil disputes between the petitioner and third party and cases are pending before the competent civil Court. Again, petitioner sent a representation on 23.06.2025 and the contents of the complaint is purely civil in nature and closed the same accordingly and would submit that this Court may pass appropriate orders by disposing of this Writ Petition. 3 Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that liberty may be granted to the Petitioner to work-out his remedies before appropriate forum and Writ Petition may be disposed of. In the light of the submissions made, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before appropriate forum according to law. No order as to costs.
