ORAL ORDER
1. In this writ petition, the petitioner has called in question the
order dated 27.06.2025 passed by respondent No.2 vide Annexure-A, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Channarayapatna to Yachenahalli, Holenarasipura Taluk, Hassan.
2. The petitioner had been transferred from Yachenahalli, Holenarasipura to Channarayapatna vide Transfer Order dated 03.07.2023 at Annexure-B. The minimum tenure for transfer is two years. The petitioner will be completing the two years of tenure on 02.07.2025.

The impugned Transfer Order dated 27.06.2025 at Annexure-A has been passed four days earlier to the date of completion of the tenure. However, now the petitioner has completed his two years of tenure at Channarayapatna. Therefore, there is no illegality in the impugned Transfer Order dated 27.06.2025 passed by respondent No.2 vide Annexure-A. The petition is devoid of merits.
3. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. In view of dismissal of petition, all pending I.As, if any, are disposed of.
