The captioned Writ Petition is filed seeking a Writ of Certiorari to quash the Resolution dated 26.11.2021 passed by the second respondent Committee vide Annexure-C. 3. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 4. Counsel Sri.Nitish., on instruction submits that a new Committee has been formed as of today. The oral submission made by counsel for the petitioner is placed on record. 5. Suffice it to note that the Resolution dated 26.11.2021 was for a period of three years. Now we are in the month of January 2025. It's been four years. The Resolution has spent itself. Furthermore, taking note of the submission made by counsel for the petitioner that a new Committee has - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:391 WP No. 22258 of 2021 been formed as of today, nothing survives for consideration in the Writ Petition, at this juncture. 6.
