967 wp 4855 2022 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY BENCH AT AURANGABAD 967 WRIT PETITION NO. 4855 OF 2022 Ayyub Khan Jan Mohammad Khan And Others ….Petitioners Versus The Hon’ble State Minister And Others …..Respondents …..  Mr. Suhail Farooqui Gulam, Advocate for the Petitioners  Mr. B. B. Bhise, Advocate for Respondent Nos. 1 to 5  Mr. S. S. Thombre, Advocate for Respondent Nos. 6A-1 to 6A-3  Mr. P. D. Jarare, Advocate for Respondent No. 10 & 11 ….. CORAM : ROHIT W. JOSHI, J. DATE : JUNE 20, 2025 O R D E R : 1. The controversy in the present petition pertains to mutation entries. It is undisputed that the petitioners are contesting substantive right with respect to the property in question before the Wakf Tribunal. It goes without saying that mutation entries do not confer or extinguish any right over immovable property. The issue of title will be decided in the proceedings pending before the learned Wakf Tribunal. 2. In that view of the matter, the petition is disposed of, directing that mutation entries will be recorded in accordance with adjudication by Waqf Tribunal. All objections that are available to the respondents as to the maintainability of the proceedings before the learned Wakf Tribunal are obviously kept open. [ROHIT W.
