Counsel for the respondents-Corporation submits that vide order dated 26.09.2025, passed by the Apex Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.26610/2025 titled Himachal Pradesh State Forest Development Corporation Ltd. & Others VS. Bhag Chand, the operation of the earlier order dated 01.07.2025, whereby the direction to the Managing Director of the petitioner-Corporation to remain present in the Court has been stayed. The copy of said order is taken on record. 2. Counsel for the respondents-Corporation has fairly produced a demand-draft of Rs.5,83,160/- in favour of the Registrar General of this Court. 3. Keeping in view the above fact that the matter is pending before the Apex Court, we deem it fit that the said demand-draft be encashed and put into the fixed deposits having highest rate of interest to await the outcome of the case. The photocopy of the said Demand Draft is taken on record. 4. Accordingly, the proceedings in the present Execution Petition are adjourned sine die with a liberty to file an appropriate application after disposal of the matter. (G.S.
