...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased toto issue an order, direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not adding the 5 increments as per the relief granted in W.A.No.1564/2005, dated 10.08.2005 and as per the proceedings dated 15.03.2007 issued by the 3rd respondent as the same is illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondents to fix the pay of the petitioner by adding 5 increments as per the proceedings of the respondent dated 15.03.2007 to the petitioner's pay w.e.f 1996 and fix the pay of the petitioner accordingly and to pay arrears on such fixation including terminal benefits accrued on adding the increments and to pay all consequential benefits on such fixation and pass such further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case. 2
IA NO: 1 OF 2016(WPMP 24504 OF 2016 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to pass an appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 07.09.2015 in respect to the fixation of the petitioner's pay in pursuance of the orders passed in W.A.No.1564/2005, dated 10.08.2005 and in view of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 15.03.2007 pending disposal of Writ Petition and pass such further order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case.
