ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…Issue an appropriate Writ Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not extending benefit under GO.M.S.No. 138 Finance (HR IV) Department dated 08.08.2017 wherein superannuation age extended from 58 years to 60 years in case of the petitioner despite oral request in the light of the Interim Order dated 05.05.2017 in Civil Appeal Nos. 14033-14034 of 2017 in the Honble Apex Court of India as well as Interim order dated 31.08.2017 and 01.09.2017 in WP No. 29161 of 2017 by this Honble Court is arbitrary, illegal,l capricious and contrary to Interim Orders dated 01.09.2017 of this Honble Court as well as GO.M.S.No. 138 dated 08.08.2017 besides violative of Articles 14, 16, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and direct the respondents extended the benefit of the GO.M.S. No 138 to the petitioner and consequently direct the respondent to continue the service of the petitioner up to 60 Years of age as per the GO.M.S.No. 138 dated 08.08.2017 forthwith pending disposal of the writ petition in the interest of justice and pass…”
2. Heard Sri PVSA Rama Murty, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent- authorities have implemented the interim orders of this Court dated 25.06.2018 and in view of the same, no further orders are required in this matter.

4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Court may pass appropriate Orders.
5. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No
order as to costs.
