Judicial Commissioner-IV-cum-Spl. Judge, POCSO, Ranchi. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the victim who is aged about 16 years. 4. The consent of the victim for consensual physical relationship is immaterial. 5. In view of the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
