Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 287/2024 arising out of Rajmahal P.S. Case No. 86/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 611/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-1, Rajmahal.
3. On 26.06.2024, dead body of the son of the informant namely Nandu Dholi was recovered from a place near bank of Kalighat Ganga river, Rajmahal.
4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It was further submitted that apart from confession, there is no other material against the petitioner on record.
5. Learned A.P.P. after going through the impugned order submitted that on the pointing out of this petitioner, the weapon used in committing murder of the deceased, was recovered.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected.
