Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing that investigation in OR. No. 100/2025 of Tiruvuru Police Station forthwith transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation ( CBI) or any other Independent investigation agency to ensure a fair, impartial and effective investigation and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased Counsel for the Petitioner: UDAY KUMAR VAMPUGADAVALA Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR HOME The Court made the following order:

ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing that investigation in OR. No. 100/2025 of Tiruvuru Police Station forthwith transferred to the Central Bureau of Investigation ( CBI) or any other Independent investigation agency to ensure a fair, impartial and effective investigation and pass such..”
2. Heard Sri V.Uday Kumar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on instructions would submit that since the investigation is completed in this matter, the police are ready to file charge- sheet in this matter.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the matter before appropriate forum.
4. Considering the submissions of both learned counsel, the writ petition is
disposed of, however, petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedies before

the appropriate forum according to the law. Police are further directed to inform the de-facto complainant before filing the final report in this matter.
