1. This appeal has been filed by the appellants against the order dated 22.03.2024 passed by learned Single Judge.
[2025:RJ-JP:31468-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-601/2024]
2. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the respondents have wrongly issued notice to the appellants and they have lawful possession over the plot in dispute.
3. We have gone through the order passed by learned Single Judge.
4. We find that only show cause notice was issued by the Tehsildar to the appellants in compliance of the Division Bench’s order passed in D.B. Civil Writ(PIL) Petition No.19678/2023.
5. In our considered view, since only show cause notice has been issued to the appellants, no case is made out for interference by this court in the present matter as the appellants have every right to file reply to the show cause notice, if need arises, before the competent authority.
6. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed.
