GP FOR SERVICES II The Court made the following: 2 VN, J WP_23107_2025 THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION No.23107 of 2025 ORDER: In the present Writ Petition, the Petitioner is questioning the correctness of the answer key with respect to Question Id’s – 3922663191 & 3922663234 bearing Question Nos.111 & 154 respectively, which was issued pursuant to Notification No.1/Mega-DSC-TRC-1/2025, dated 20.04.2025. 2. The petitioner contends that the academic literature of these questions is contrary to the answer key provided by the respondents. 3. Learned Government Pleader for Higher Education would submit that the answer key was issued after consultation with experts and no interference is called for. 4. Considering the submissions made, the present writ petition is disposed of, with the following directions: a) The petitioner shall submit a representation to the respondents enclosing the supporting academic literature to Question Id’s – 3922663191 & 3922663234 bearing Question Nos.111 & 154 respectively. b) Upon receipt of the said representation, the respondents shall examine it along with the enclosed academic literature, consider its feasibility, and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible. 3 VN, J WP_23107_2025 No order as to costs.
