Without going into the merits of the matter, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has not approached the learned Sessions Judge concerned, at the first instance, seeking grant of pre-arrest bail for the alleged offences. Instead, he has directly approached this Court without establishing any special case or extraordinary circumstance. 2 Dr.YLR, J Crl.P.No.9012 of 2025 Dated 16.09.2025 3. However, considering the entire gamut of litigation between the petitioner and one N. Rama Satyanarayana, Correspondent of Satavahana College, and also the observations of a Division Bench of this Court regarding the de facto complainant’s lack of locus standi to represent the society as Secretary (W.P. No.27867 of 2011, dated 07.12.2012), this Court is inclined to dispose of this criminal petition with a direction to the petitioner to approach the learned Sessions Judge concerned and move an appropriate application for grant of pre-arrest bail within a period of one (01) week from the date of receipt of this order. Until such time, the respondent shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner.
