GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ & RURAL DEV (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER The above contempt case is filed complaining of non-implementation of the order dated 29.07.2013 passed in W.P.No.22290 of 2013. 2. The petitioner filed W.P.No.22290 of 2013 to declare the action of the respondents in not sending him for re-medical examination, in pursuance of selections for the post of Driver, made vide call letter No.441 dated 25.09.2010, as illegal and arbitrary. 3. The aforementioned writ petition was disposed of directing respondent No.2 therein i.e. Regional Manager, APSRTC, East Godavari Region, to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 15.12.2011 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with the rules, within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order. Complaining non-implementation of the order dated 29.07.2013, the above contempt case is filed. 4. Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the respondent submitted the proceedings issued by the respondent vide No.LC/785(01)/2013-RM/RJY dated 27.02.2015, whereby a speaking order was passed in pursuance of an order dated 29.07.2013, which was communicated to the petitioner. 5. Since a speaking order was passed on 27.02.2015, though some delay occurred, in the considered opinion of this court, the respondent did not commit any contempt by not implementing the order 29.07.2013 passed in W.P.No.22290 of 2013. 6. Given the speaking order passed on 27.02.2015, this contempt case is closed. No costs.
