(Oral) While placing on record copy of office order dated 6.10.2025 issued under the signature of Divisional Manager, FWD, Rampur, Ms. Kiran Dhiman, Advocate, representing respondents No. 2 and 3, states that mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated stands complied with. 2. Having perused aforesaid communication, this Court finds that petitioner herein has been granted work charge status w.e.f. 1.1.1998 and 2 his pay has been fixed notionally vide order dated 17.9.2025 with initial start of Rs. 2620/-. 3. Having perused aforesaid communication, which is taken on record vis-à-vis judgment alleged to have been violated, this court finds merit in the contention of Ms. Kiran Dhiman, Advocate. Learned counsel for the petitioner having perused aforesaid order fairly acknowledged factum with regard to compliance of the judgment alleged to have been violated. 4. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings. Accordingly, present petition is disposed of. Notices discharged.
