Srinu Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Law & Legislative Affairs and Sri K. Bhagat Singh, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. The prayer sought in the present Writ Petition is as under: “It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court in the interest of justice may be pleased to issue a writ or order or a direction more particularly in a nature of writ of MANDAMUS declaring action of the respondents in terminating the petitioner form the Post of Asst. Government Pleader of Senior and Junior Judges’ Courts at Sattenapalli, Palnadu District vide G.O.Rt.No.261 dated 05.08.2025 issued by the 2nd respondent without showing any reasonable cause, without issuing any prior notice and without following the instructions issued by the Government as illegal, arbitrary, highhanded and against the principles of natural justice and violation of Article 14,16,19(1)(g), 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and violation of Andhra Pradesh Law Officers (Appointment and conditions of Service) Instructions, 2000 and consequently set aside the termination order and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.” 3. Having regard to the above prayer, this Court is of the view that the present case is squarely covered by the Common Order of this Court dated 18.08.2025 in W.P.Nos.21413 & 21494 of 2025. 4. Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is dismissed in terms of the said Common Order dated 18.08.2025 in W.P.Nos.21413 & 21494 of 2025. No order as to costs. 5.
