Mr.P.C. Haridas, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Poonjar Service Co-operative Society, being represented by a Part-Time Administrator, submitted that the liabilities against all the appellants/petitioners before the writ court as well as the appellate court have been discharged. The details of the outstanding amount against the depositors have also been mentioned, much less steps are taken for recovery of the amount as well as the details of the properties. It is further contended that, earlier, the management had misappropriated the amount, and the business of the Co-operative Society went awry. On account of the appointment of a Part-Time Administrator, the business is being streamlined with the intention to keep a balance vis-a-vis the loanees and the creditors. Since the amount payable to all the appellants have been discharged, we thus close the Writ Appeal, but WA NO. 126 OF 2025 2025:KER:18296 4 with a direction that, in case any of the depositors have submitted their claim and if the same is rejected or not being entertained by the Society, will be at liberty to directly submit an application in this disposed Writ Appeal No.126/2025, instead of approaching either the arbitration court or the Single Bench.
