2. Mr. Vishal Sharma, DSGI accepts notice.
3. With consent of learned counsel for the parties, this petition has been taken up for final disposal.
4. The grievance projected by the petitioner in the present petition is that the petitioner has been declared as incapable of handling more work load in terms of return for quarter ending December, 2024.
5. Mr. Sumant Sudan, Advocate submits that there is a mechanism provided in Clause ‘3’ of the communication dated 18.03.2025, which provides the remedy to contractor to approach the Accepting Officer(s) for change/amendment of remarks, if he is aggrieved of the same.
6. In view of this, the present petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to approach the Accepting Officer for deletion of the Serial No. 79

adverse entry made against the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today and in the event, the petitioner approaches the Accepting Officer within a period mentioned above, the operation of the communication dated 18.03.2025 shall stay qua the petitioner till the formal decision is taken pursuant to the representation submitted by the petitioner.
