Case No. 77/2024 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 102/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 65(1), 64(2)(m) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act and Section 3(2)(V) of the SC/ST Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Garhwa. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the victim who is aged about 15 years. It is alleged that the parties were in consensual physical relationship since last one year. 4. The victim is a minor girl. Her consent for sexual intercourse is immaterial 5.
