(Oral) Careful perusal of para 9 of reply to the supplementary affidavit reveals that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands duly complied with. As per afore reply, leave encashment amounting to Rs.7,42,770/- stands released to be petitioner and petitioner has been further paid interest of Rs.16,441/- w.e.f 10.08.2024 i.e. from the date passing of the judgment till order releasing the withheld amount i.e. 17.03.2025 for delay in payment in accordance with the direction of this Court in order dated 09.08.2024. 2 Aforesaid amount has been released to the petitioner, but subject to final decision in LPA No.350 of 2025, which is pending adjudication before Hon’ble Principal Division Bench of this Court. 2. In view of the above, no action of the respondents can be said to be contumacious, as such, present petition is disposed of. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law qua the surviving grievance, if any. Notice issued to the respondents are discharge.
