Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T Case No. 212/2021, arising out of Chhattarpur P.S. Case No. 83/2021 corresponding to G.R Case No. 1810/2021, registered under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Palamau at Daltonganj. On 02.05.2021, son of the informant, namely, Mithlesh Yadav was murdered. It is alleged that the deceased was having illicit relationship with the sister of this petitioner. Suspicion has been raised that the petitioner along with accused persons had committed his murder. It was submitted that there is no eye witness to the occurrence. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-VIII, Palamau at Daltonganj in connection with S.T Case No. 212/2021, arising out of Chhattarpur P.S.
