At this stage, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record internal office letter of Regional Manager, HRTC Solan addressed to the FA & CAO HRTC Shimla and on that basis submitted that all retiral benefits have been paid to the petitioner; Only the interest component on account of delayed payment of 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 CWP No. 4604/2024 decided on 26.12.2024 retiral benefits remains to be released to the petitioner and the same shall also be released within six weeks from today. 4. In view of above, this petition to stand disposed of. The respondents to abide by the above assurance for releasing the interest component to the petitioner on account of delayed payment of retiral benefits within six weeks i.e. by 11.12.2025.
