The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of the Misc. Case No. 174 of 2020 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Uluberia, Howrah since 7th October, 2020. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that 5 long years have passed and the matter has not progressed and has thus prayed for expeditious disposal. 3. The opposite party no. 2 has appeared suo motu and submits that the case has progressed and will be heard soon. 4. Considering that the Misc. Case is pending since the year 2020, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the learned Magistrate shall make all endeavour 1 2 to dispose of the Misc. Case expeditiously, preferably within 6 months from the date of this order on hearing both the parties. 5. Both parties are requested to cooperate with the Court for such expeditious disposal.
