It has been submitted that the petitioner had earlier filed Cr.M.P. No.529 of 2022 and which remained pending before this Court for around one year and thereafter the instant Criminal Revision has been filed and hence the delay of 348 days may be condoned. 3. Learned Spl.PP for the State has raised objection. 4. Having heard learned counsel for parties and in view of the averments made in paragraph 5 and 6 of the Interlocutory Application, the delay of 348 days in filing the instant Criminal Revision is condoned. 5. Thus, I.A. No. 3581 of 2025 is allowed and stands disposed of. Cr. Rev. No.313 of 2025 6. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Criminal Revision Application, at this stage, with liberty to move after framing of charges. 2025:JHHC:18128 2 7. No objection has been raised by the learned Spl. PP for the State. 8. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this Criminal Revision Application with liberty to move after framing of charges, if so advised. 9. Thus, Cr.
