Heard the counsel for the applicant. The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 6.9.2023 passed by this Court in Writ - C No. 30424 of 2023. In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, Sri R.K. Sinha, Advocate representing the opposite party has filed an affidavit disclosing that an order dated 21.4.2025 has been passed by the opposite party deciding and dismissing the recall application filed by the applicant. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 21.4.2025 on merits before the appropriate forum.
