Bail Application No.50710 of 2017. 4. Even previously on 19.11.2022 there was no appearance on behalf of the applicant and following order was passed by this Court:- "List revised. No one appears on behalf of the applicant to press this bail application. Sri S.B. Maurya, learned counsel for the State is present. This is second bail application. In the interest of justice, as a last opportunity, the matter is adjourned. Put up this matter on 10.01.2023. It is made clear that the matter will not be adjourned on the next date as a matter of right." 5.
