Heard Sri Jaya Prakash Madasu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that so far as 12 witnesses are examined in Cr.No.41 of 2025 and accused Nos.1 to 3 & 8 were arrested. The remaining accused filed anticipatory bail applications. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that police are not conducting investigation in fair manner. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the Court may pass an appropriate order. 6. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the Police are directed to conclude the investigation in fair manner and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs.
