Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) This is a Review Petition preferred by the petitioner against the judgment of this Court dated 07.08.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is restraining his prayer only to the correction of one line in Page-2 of the order, wherein, this Court has stated that an application under Order 18 Rule 17 of the Civil Procedure Code was filed by the petitioner, whereas, the application was filed under Order 18 Rule 2 of the Civil Procedure Code. He submits that besides this, the petitioner is not praying for review of any other part. 2 3. In the light of the submissions made by the petitioner, though, this Court does not find any reason to review its judgment, because, review is an error apparent on the face of record and what the petitioner is praying for is typographical correction in the order, however, indulgence is being shown to the petitioner by observing that in the second line in page-2 of the judgment dated 07.08.2025, Order 18 Rule 17 of the Civil Procedure Code mentioned therein be read as Order 18 Rule 02 of the Civil Procedure Code.
