When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that the police are in the process of registration of FIR on the complaint of the petitioner, they have enquired with two people in this regard. 4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 4 5. Considering the submissions of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly, however, police are directed to look into the issue and take appropriate steps according to the law. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
