This bail (interim) application has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS on behalf of the petitioner, who has been arrested in connection with FIR No.265/2024 registered at Police Station Masalpur, District Karauli for offences punishable under Sections 189(2), 115(2), 126(2), 125, 352 and 109(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (in short, ‘BNS’), 2023. After completion of investigation, police filed charge-sheet against the petitioner for offences punishable under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 125, 352, 103(1) and 3(5) of BNS, 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that father of the petitioner has expired on 15.09.2025 and petitioner wants to attend last rites and rituals of his late father. Learned Public Prosecutor has verified the fact of death of petitioner’s father. 4. I have considered the contentions. 5. Considering the fact that petitioner's father has passed away on 15.09.2025, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner deserves indulgence of interim bail on humanitarian ground so as to enable him to attend last rites and rituals of his late father. 6. This bail (interim) application is accordingly allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner Ramveer S/o Santoki, shall be released on interim bail till 01.10.2025 provided he furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) with two sound and solvent sureties of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) (out of which, one must be given by his family member) each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. 7. The petitioner shall surrender before the concerned jail authority on 01.10.2025 by 4:00 pm. 8.
