Accordingly, both these cases are being disposed of by a common order. 3. The petitioner Khursida Khatoon @ Tahir Bibi has been made accused in connection with Dhanwar P.S. Case No. 110/2024, while the petitioner Sajid Ansari has been made accused in connection with Dhanwar P.S. Case No. 110/2024 corresponding to S.T. Case No. 509/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 304B/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri Mahboob Alam (Md. Mahboob Alam), learned J.M.F.C., Giridih / Learned Additional Sessions Judge- II, Giridih. 4. The petitioner Khursida Khatoon @ Tahir Bibi happens to be mother-in-law, and the petitioner Sajid Ansari happens to be husband of the deceased Sabnam Khatoon, who committed suicide in her matrimonial home. It is alleged that the occurrence had taken place within seven years’ of marriage of the deceased. It is also alleged that the deceased was tortured to enforce demand of dowry. 5. Attention has been drawn towards the statement of independent witness recorded in paragraph 41 & 42 of the case diary. From perusal of which, it appears that independent witnesses have stated that the petitioner Sajid Ansari used to work in Kerala and the deceased had insisted the petitioner that she will join him at his workplace. When her request was turned out, she became agitated and committed suicide. 6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has opposed the prayer for bail of these petitioners and submitted that the deceased committed suicide because she could not bear the torture of demand of dowry by the petitioners. 7. Considering the statements made by the independent witnesses, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Mahboob Alam (Md. Mahboob Alam), learned J.M.F.C., Giridih or his successor / learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Giridih in connection with Dhanwar P.S. Case No. 110/2024 corresponding to S.T. Case No. 509/2024.
