Petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. No. 7 of 2024 arising out of Chandwa P.S. Case No. 139 of 2023 corresponding to G.R. No. 612 of 2023 for the offences registered under sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Latehar. 3. On 29.06.2023 at about 6.00 p.m., brother of the Informant went missing. On 01.07.2023, his dead body was recovered from a place near culvert at Kali Road. During the course of investigation, it has transpired that the deceased who was the husband the petitioner was murdered. The petitioner has confessed that she has murdered her husband with the help of her paramour. On the basis of her confession, a bloodstained tangi which was used in the commission of the murder of the deceased was recovered. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, her prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
