The sole appellant has died and this fact was recorded on 25.03.2025. Thereafter opportunities have been afforded to Mr. Dheeraj K. Vashist, learned counsel, who had been representing the appellant to have instructions, however, he has shown his inability on the ground that despite communications being sent at the address of the appellant no response has been received.
