The petitioner has filed the present writ petition claiming limited prayer for a direction to the respondent authorities to decide his pending representation. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she is Assistant Teacher and working at Govt. Primary School Parapatia, Mainpath, District Surguja. She has moved her representation to respondent No.5 for declaring her surplus at Govt. Primary School Parapatia. but her representation dated 18- 06-2025 has not been considered till date, therefore, the authorities may be directed to consider her pending representation within a stipulated time frame. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has no objection if such a direction is given to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law. 4. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent No.5 is directed to take a decision on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 18-06-2025 (Annexure-P/2) in accordance with law and applicable rules and circulars as early as possible. 5.
