ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the official respondents more particularly the action of the Respondent Nos. 1, 4, 7 to 9 in interfering with the civil disputes between the petitioner and 10th respondent in respect of agricultural land of an extent of Ac. 19.50 cents bearing Block No. 19 and 7 of Madipadu Agraharam, Narasaraopet Revenue Division, Guntur District at the behest of the unofficial respondent is arbitrary, illegal and violation of provisions of BNSS apart from violation of right guaranteed under Articles 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the official respondents not to interfere with the civil disputes without following due process of law and to pass....”
2. Heard Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that basing on the complaint given by the 10th respondent herein, the police called the petitioner and the 10th respondent to the police station for the preliminary enquiry. After due enquiry, it came to light that, there are civil disputes between the petitioner and the 10th respondent. He would further submit that the police are not interfering in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the 10th respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
5. Recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. However, police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes between the petitioner and the unofficial respondent No.10.
